Incubeta Acquires Ecommerce Agency Groundswell

Today, we are delighted to announce that ecommerce experts, Groundswell, have joined the Incubeta family alongside our three market-leading specialists: NMPi, DQ&A, and Joystick. Founded in 2017, Groundswell specializes in ecommerce consultancy, conversion optimization, customer acquisition and analytics, with their capabilities and tech partnerships complementing Incubeta’s current services.

Groundswell currently works with some really incredible and exciting brands – STATSports, The Pro’s Closet and WiggleCRC to name a few. With this acquisition we have positioned ourselves to take full control of the entire customer journey – even when customers move to the clients’ own online environment.

We are looking forward to joining forces with a company who shares our enthusiasm and passion for delivering award-winning marketing strategies and client growth.

Incubeta Group CEO, Lars Lehne, shared his thoughts: “This acquisition fits squarely within Incubeta’s strategy of acquiring companies that complement our core business in digital marketing and help us to upgrade the growth of our customers.”

Mark Lilley, Groundswell Co-founder and Director adds “We are thrilled to be joining Incubeta, a company we have worked with for over several years and look forward to creating many more successes together. We remain focused on partnering with existing and new clients to accelerate their growth online and as part of Incubeta we can now offer an unrivalled service, creating opportunities for them to maximise their potential”.

We are thrilled to have Groundswell join the Incubeta family and we look forward to our continued growth and development as a global brand and beyond!
